Licensed Mold Assessor
I am Florida State Licensed Mold assessor/inspector. This means I can legally inspect for mold, test for mold, interrupt mold reports, and give repair protocols for mold remediation. Mold can cause health problems and it can be very common in Florida. Another area of peace of mind that I can provide you!
Licensed Termite Inspector
I am a Florida licensed Termite/Wdo inspector, operator, and business owner. All termite inspections are done by me personally. I do not work under another any pest companies license. I have 3+ years experience in the termite industry, and have passed rigorous requirements, training, and experience to open my own pest control business in the category of Termite.

I am a 7+ year (very experienced and educated) licensed and insured MASTER home inspector in the state of Florida. I take great pride in my work , and love what I do. I have taken dozens of extra courses and continuing education, so I am always moving forward, enhancing my skill set and knowledge. I strive to be the the most thorough inspector out there. My reports are all color coded to help you understand and distinguish what is minor, moderate, and major. My reports are so easy to read and thorough, that even if you cant make it to the inspection in person, you will still have a true and clear understanding of the total condition of your home.
